Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 3-5 days to process your order. Expect an email within 3-5 days to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP - Orders can be picked up by appointment. Reach us at contact@claytonramstead.com if you would like to pick up your order at Ramstead MFG.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout after your address has been entered.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ramstead MFG is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER: If your shipment was returned to Ramstead MFG due to an inaccurate address, exceeding hold times at a shipping facility for pickup, or any other reason, Ramstead MFG is not responsible for shipping charges to ship the order a second time and are your responsibility as the customer. 

LOST PACKAGES: If your shipment is lost by the carrier, contact us within 45 days of the shipment date at contact@claytonramstead.com to let us know. Most lost packages are insured within 45 days and will be reshipped free of charge.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@claytonramstead.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
